Aren't there already huge inefficient govment bureaucracies that provide Medicare coverage for those who can't afford it...How's that working out for you?

medicare is mostly for old people-medicaid is for the disabled, pregnant, etc. if you are a middle-aged non-disabled man without health insurance, good luck.
