Where would this stone be placed. Is there a cemetary in mind or is this something to be placed elsewhere?

I talked to a local from nada, he said that the mayers nephew is currently in jail, under investigation. He did not say if he had been officially charged. His words were, "his nephew did it, but that is hear-say."
