Word, Captain. My second favorite area in the world for bouldering. Not as many problems but damn they are nice. Bring a few magnums and good spotters though as some of the best problems are 20+ feet tall. Probably the best stone I have ever climbed on as well (not too tweaky, good friction, bullet hard, great features but not too many).

The Bald for just climbings sake handsdown. I was not amped at all about bouldering this winter until we walked up to the Bald last weekend to route climb. If I have to camp and am staying for a little while I would say Rocktwon. But Rocktown falls to the bottom of the list at New Years. 130 people with 2,345.3 dogs is not that fun anymore.

I wonder why the normally anal moderators have not moved this thread from the sport section to one of the other areas yet.

Bouldering is the ultimate expression of traditional climbing.
Come to the bald with us and tell me all about your lack of fear.

Sorry, you prolly understand that I am a bit of dickhead most of time.
We need to get a posse together and take over the bald one of these weekends. It is going to be too warm there this weekend for total domination but the season is coming!
