What is the deal with Tim Irr the news anchor. His eyes were crazy, I think that dude was right he wasn't the duct tape bandit it was Tim the anchor man.

Sad to see the wonder of duct tape put to an evil use....

Anyone see the interview with the guy where he denies being "the duct tape bandit"? He seems to be stupid and crazy, but at least he doesn't seem to be in heavy withdrawal.
