It is my understanding that no new routes (Ultimate Routes in the RocTrip vernacular) will need to be put up for the RocTrip so no need to worry. Instead a flash format as was used for the RocTrip in Squamish is being contemplated: http://en.petzl.com/petzl/SportNews?News=109#day2 What I would caution is that if you put up a hard line you better be ready to proceed quickly to a redpoint or Sharma is going to send your project.

I bet Dani Andrada sends first. He should be perfectly suited to climb hard at the red. He is an endurance machine. I still agree with Yas, I don't think we have hard enough routes. Alot of these guys on site 14a, and we don't even have many of those. Allah, you better have something up your sleave.

I still think that Skeletor should be the ultimate route. Somebody better try that thing. I haven't seen anything at the red that looks that good, and is as hard looking and still looks like it will go.

I don't know since the Red is known more for an endurance type climbing area (I know there are many exceptions) have an endurance type format for competition. Be pretty cool to see how many 13s and above some of those folks could pull off in a day

I have.

But that was the best use of an emoticon I've seen in a while.

The routes...look like angry SOBs.
I don't know much, but I know that.
