i wouldn't call it work. wes and others is work, i just have a nice camera which i luckily point in the correct direction occasionally.
the stupid dog has been kicked no less than 3 times. he flops around for a day or so and then goes strait back to chasing the horse. i think if i got him a sheep to heard he could justify his existance with much less pain. unfortunantly that horse is ill now. he has a hoof abscess which needs to burst or be drained, the vet said he sould be ok though.

A few shots of our neighborhood from the ice/snow storm yesterday. We haven't had power in our house since Tuesday around 6pm, and this morning the thermostat read 42 degrees. Fortunately, our friends down the street have power, so we didn't have to spend last night in the dark and chill.
Tuesday night was pretty wild, though. Every few minutes we'd hear another tree limb come crashing down. Then there was the flare and boom as a transformer nearby blew. I have more pictures on David's camera that I'll add in another day or two.

Yas, Lexington had a big ice storm a few years ago (the server even had to get moved to cinci for a few days), on v-tines night. I stayed up watching the trees crash and the transformers explode. No power for like 3-4 days, but we were not all that bad off, since we had plenty of warm gear and headlamps, etc. The first photo of the ice is rad - wish I would have been more into photo stuff when Lexington had it's storm.
