don't use osb. the t nut will rip right through that crap. another tnut suggestion - use a hole saw and a drill press to drill holes on some quarter inch ply. Then drill your tnut holes into this. you will have a bunch of these tnut doughnuts so to speak. Attach these to your ply wood instead of at...
