SCIN I didn't really send it. There was a fucking fixed wire hanging at the top of the crux and I clipped it like the big fucking poser I am. Same goes for Images. I think my title should be changed to "ghost poser".

It's most likely where the abdominal internal oblique attaches to the last floating rib. Maybe the attachment to the rib got ripped a bit. If you push on your right side just under the last rib and lean to your left you can feel this muscle contract. I thought this might be a more common injury amon...

It's very painful today. When I feel like I have to sneeze I panic cause it feels like I'm getting stabbed in the side.

I was pulling with my right arm out to the side and twisting my torso in a way that would engage those muscles along the lower right side. I felt a sharp pain in the lower right side about 4 inches above the pointy hip bone. Currently the pain isn't sharp but it hurts and feels really uncomfortable....
