Need help with password

Ok, so I am writing this through my husbands ID. I have lost my job and access to my work computer where I set up my logon info. The email address is no longer valid. How can I obtain my password information, so that I can log on again? My user name is ddclimbs.

I am using a Osprey Atmos 65 (Large) with 4200 cu in
very comfortable with all of my gear loaded and still have room for the water bag between the mesh and my back. so far i like it.
May go bigger next time
