first time on in about a year and a half...

I did the math yesterday on my one and only day sober day in about 2 months, and the results are in.....

AT LEAST 1/3 of my entire caloric intake is in the form of MALT LIQUOR!!!.

I wonder if all the "old" people are still here...?

I HATE that damned route. That route was/is my nemisis.

It SUCKS.

But anyway, "Defy" most definitly, without a doubt deserves as many stars as the guide book allows.

It's a sweet route. The perfect 10a.
