Buster's already closed?

I noticed that Busters wasn't open last night as I drove home. The sign in the window said closed temporarily due to litigation--anybody know whats up?

i dunno about busters, but i went to lynagh's last night and saw the webb bros. standing outside w/ an idling bulldozer and raging hard-ons, waiting for all the seedy hippys/frat boys to clear out so they could develop the site.

Arrrahhhh! Don't close yet there is still time to shoot pool, drink beer, and cue up the best of the best on the juke box.
