I think that is the new phrase for "eco-tourism"...
What I would suggest you do, is since you are springing for this pretty cool trip, is to spend some money on a nice camera, and practice using it until you can take some nice photos. Do some google searching with galapagos wildlife and photography in different combinations for some ideas.
