i climbed in little cottonwood for about 5 days in 1994,i cant remember very much. i was lucky enough to be able to stay at a friends house so i dont know of any where to camp. i do know that it was very humid so we climed in the morning and evening.my friend showed me around so i dont remember much route names or area names. i do remember the big gate buttress and a climb called satin (5.8 ) there is a nice deadpoint almost dyno at the top of the route make sure you look down before throw.the gully you sit in to beley for satin goes vertical just a few feet up and thats a fred beckey route really cool(5.7 i think).the big gate buttress also has great boldering.if you take a rest day make sure you go to black diamond to see if you can get a tour its pretty neat.

There's no free camping as far as I know. I personally dug Bushwack Crack (5.8 ) and you must definitely do Pentapitch (5.8 or 5.9+ if you do the lovely Sasquatch second pitch) I just bought a select guide to the wasatch... covers classics in Big, Little, and American Fork.

Diversions... bouldering at the Gate Boulders. Drive up Little Cottonwood to the ski resorts and hike.

There's camping up at american fork, and that's not too bad, as you can climb a few days there maybe...

Coffin Crack (5.9) - killer, just make sure you do this one if 'yer cool with solid 5.9

Bushwack Crack - Just trust J.B. on this one, its a great 5.8!

Satan's Corner is cool, as is Becky's Wall - Both of these are hard for the grade.

Penta Pitch is probably the single-most not to miss climb. Do Sasquatch.
