i would reccomend roadside for best concentration of easy sport in your range, plus a very reasonalbe approach. but that weekend watch out for crowds because they will be there in masses. oh and please don't TR through the anchors use your own draws :)

How many people are in your group? Are you looking to camp or stay in hotel?

Don't forget to attend Derbyfest!!! Saturday night we are doing the route auction to raise money to purchase the Murray property and Sunday there will be a 4x4x4 competition for temas and individuals to compete in! Also to drum up $$ for the purchase. For the teams, there will be 4 recreationist per team and hopefully each team can drum up their own sponsorship. Kind of like the swim-a-thons or other charity sporting events to raise $$$.

We are still hammering out the details. I will be posting very shortly the format. This event is for fun but we will make it competative enough for those of you who just can't hold back!
Just genuinely disengenuous.

If there are only two of you, I'd say stay at Abner's in Stanton. The number is (606) 663-4379. It'll be between $40 and $50 a night depending if you all want 1 or 2 beds. Call and make a reservation.

As for climbing, go to the online guidebook on this site and cruise the Index en route of the Oil Crack Crag. There are several routes in your grade range there for you to have a lot of fun with. Also, use the online guide's "Search" feature to search the grade range you're looking for. Only select sport in the check boxes. You'll get a long list, sorted by wall for you to print out and take it with you.
