They could not have helped you with two flat tires unless you carry two spares. They don't provide tow services.

i dont know that much about cars, but typically your battery would not die if you are in the middle of the interstate......just me thinkin here.....
and i did not notice if this is a free service or not. anyone know?

its a free service. Also, if your alternator gets disconnected your battery will die on the interstate. I am well accustomed to this experience.
