well - they both fucked up. officer really really overreacted and prob. has lots of issues. guy should have remained calm too though. i agree it shouldnt be that way but there are things you should and shouldn't do when you get pulled over esp. knowing some officers are too aggressive. you will never win your cases on the street with cops - thats what courts and lawyers are for. when you take an aggressive or argumentative stand with anybody who is that jacked up its gonna be bad cop or not. it does suck though.
