i like honest grades. forget the slash and just sandbag it, make em earn it. i find it amusing to hear people that have sent one of whatever grade and they claim to be that grade of a climber. i can only think of very few climbers in this area who are real 5.11 climbers.

yeah, fuck the slash. if in doubt, lower the grade by a number. the slash grades are for the gaybaits who whine about the sandbags.

There is no such thing as an "implied slash" grade.

Huh? Am I the only one who doesn't get these two statements together?

Ah, go for the slash grade, Soul Ram, 12b/c, call it hard 12b or easy 12c, which ever makes you feel better. After all it's all about YOU/ME
