Just wondering, will a 60m rope get you down from the second pitch of that climb? Also, how is the climbing above the first pitch? Is it just a pump fest or is there more to it?

From what I know it's a pretty good pumpfest. Clipping the anchors is the tough part.

Thanks Ray.
Johnny Cake,
I don't recall scraping your teeth, so I don't expect any sh*t from you. Do you see me on here ripping you for the chosspiles you are bolting at an unforgiveable rate throughout the Red? To answer your question, yes, I sent the first pitch but it was when I first started climbing and I haven't been on it since. If it will make you feel better, I will go back and put a footnote on my ascent that reads "only did first pitch". I don't claim sends I didn't do, just like I don't drill pockets on routes I can't climb. Better yet.....
TO ANYONE WHO READS THIS POST, I ONLY DID THE FIRST PITCH OF SAID ROUTE.

I would be willing to bet that 95% of the people that have that route on their tick lists have only done the first pitch.

Yeah, the popular rumor is that the top part is kind of dirty.

The top is clean solid rock, and pretty mellow till the last move. It's some funky ass little undercling/side pull under a roof you gotta throw off of. It's not killer hard, just off balance and akward. Clippin' the anchors is easy once your there;.
