New Columbus Bouldering Gym Wi08?

Hello everyone,
I am in the development and research stage for building a modern bouldering gym in Columbus, Ohio. I am going to be relocating and seriously expanding my current bouldering gym within the 270 loop and close to campus sometime this winter. I have been looking at various building and warehouse spaces to lease which can hold a 4,000-5,000ft facility with ceiling heights that range from 15-18 foot tall and the potential for decent ventilation. Pyramide USA may be contracted to help build some of the walls (I work for them) and of course Crater holds whom I shape for would be a major player in holds for the walls. As of now there are about 3,000 holds and 2,500 sq ft of wall wood for this venture with more coming.
I would like to hear from any interested parties or Columbus climbers who would be willing to contribute. I forsee it at the moment as a co-op type system where members would have 24 hour access (with keys). But I am open to other ideas.
My current job has me working full time so being able to turn this into a bussiness venture (i.e. a commercial gym) might be possible if the right person could be put in place to manage such a bussiness. I myself have to be careful with time since I have obligations to the university but investing and ownership are certainly within my grasp.
Please feel free to send e-mail via my OSU account.
