Doctors

I'm looking for a doctor in the lexington area. I'm a little concerned because my currrent doctor suggested that I find a safer sport than climbing last visit....
So anyway, I want to find a doctor that will not try to convince me that gentle strolls in the park are what I should be happy with.
My particular issue at the moment is back pain, but it all seems to stem from super messed up feet, and a not insignifigant leg length discrepency. So I'm probably looking for some kind of orthopedist that specializes in feet/back problems, or some kind of guy that specializes in gait analaysis and the mechanics of walking/running. I'm not really sure what its called, or if it exists in lexington, but any good sports medicine orthpedic type doctor would probably do.
