-tomatoes aren't going to save you
-too much beta-carotene could cause some big problems (though they don't mention how much..)

David told me there was a girl where he worked that ate a huge bag of carrots throughout the day each day. After a week, she was noticeably orange.

I'm shooting for a fall garden my spring one was just a sprinkling of the seeds of discontent, I'm aware of kale but any gardeners have suggestions for fall veggies?
