Sorry for the downtime today. I'm in the process of switching internet providers. There may be another outage tonight or tomorrow.

That is torture!! Last time it was down, I actually had to do HOMEWORK during my free period, and actually pay attention during class!!

Ray, I fully expect a credit of my user fees for this downtime, asshole.

Eat it. Okay, downtime is done. Check this. Switched to an Insight business account and am now getting 6Mb/512K cheaper than my 512K/512K with Alltel. I can now finally get rid of that crappy phone company since we were paying for a phone number we don't even use.

Only 6? We have insightbb and are averaging 7-8 during peak hours and over 10 the rest of the time. Up averages 900k. Is this the price you pay for so much traffic on the site?

Contracted for 6/512. Maybe I'll get more. It's the highest business solution they had. You have a private IP probably.

I just looked into getting a business solution for my home office and the guy told me my data rates are higher than the business packages, at a lower price. The difference is the SLA, which guarantees same day service on the business plan. Residential plans don't have a SLA, but since the debacle a while back, I've found their service to be outstanding. You may want to look into it. I'm keeping the residential plan.
