Hey Cincy residents

Post by sita »

I'm spending the weekend in Cincinnati the first weekend in April. Anything fun going on in the city (particularly Saturday and Sunday)?

Southgate House in Newport, the Lynaghs Club of Greater Cincy.

I miss Lynaghs...live music in Lex hasn't been the same since last summer.
I see they are still lopping off mountains in Eastern Kentucky. Electricity isn't cheap.

Definitely check out Climb Time. Very, very cool indoor bouldering.
Be sure to eat at Ambar if you like Indian food. It's in Clifton. Probably the best Indian place I've eaten at.

Yeah, there are 2 Indian restaurants right next to each other in Clifton, and they're both awesome. While you're there you might want to see what's playing at the Esquire-- they're usually playing some really good foreign films or little known flicks.
