Zion - Can anyone recommended a classic route?

Post by TradMike »

I have enough time to hit one big route (IV or V) in Zion this fall. I am terrible at picking a good route. It seems like every time I pick something after I leave I find out about something much better. Any suggestions?

Just came from there.......Moonlight....Cerebus...both good LONG day routes or overnighters

I'm probably moving to (springdale) zion for the season....PM around that time and you can crash if needed

I'm planning on doing Iron Messiah in a couple weeks. Should be fun.

Gaar, you're moving to Zion? I'll let you know if I'll be out anytime this summer. My bro lives in springdale so I tend to get out there alot.

Hey Gaar - when?

There's a chance I might make a trip there for a week if the Misses won't let me come back to the red during that time.

Iron Messiah does look very cool. Kind of like Epinephrine in Red Rocks. Thanks for the route I had so far overlooked.
