I'm not sure what to think about this one. Who do they think they are? Switzerland?

Of course, in Switzerland all citizens must do time in the army and remain armed and ready. Here very few of the "privileged" classes feel the need to serve in the military so it's left mostly to those that have a financial need. That doesn't seem fair to me.
