It sure was nice climbing Friday and Sat.

What I love about running is you can meditate while running. It's a peaceful place.

NO doubt about that Dipsi! I have no idea when I am going to climb now. Besides my full time position I have taken on a research project as well which will bump my work time up to an additional 10-15 hours per week plus the RRGCC stuff. This sucks! There are not enough hours in the week!
Just genuinely disengenuous.

Mental note...when you haven't climbed in a loooooooong time don't get on a hard boulder problem. That and booty may not always be what it seems. At least the weather was nice!
I see they are still lopping off mountains in Eastern Kentucky. Electricity isn't cheap.

we had Fortress and all that sunshine to ourselves on Friday and it was FANTASTIC! I wish I could have stayed for Saturday, too. What a PERFECT weekend.

My body is bruised and torn up and my muscles are still aching. It hurts soooooooo good!!

I have a terrible case of rock rash on my hands due to jamming on 5.12 crack boulder problems, 5.7 pebble fest, and a 5.9 hand and elbow eater. I look lepperous, but feel swell (once properly medicated). Catch a new pic of steve tweaking his wrist in the gallery!
