Because years of clinical trials have proven efficacy and patients often want to treat their condition as quickly and conveniently as possible despite the caveats of the drug. I figured I'd post this article since a lot of climbers use these daily to combat regular wear and tear. I know excessive inflammation is not conducive to healing. But according to the article, anti-inflammatory drugs can also interfere with the healing process. If trying to heal an injury then this is significant information right?
