not good, but a leg loop failure wouldn't get you killed would it?

Even if both legs failed, wouldn't the waist belt essentially become a swami belt? So I don't think you'd fall out of the harness, but maybe you could rotate around your tie-in points and flip unexpectedly? I can see how that could be dangerous/fatal.
