Best topo map program

What's the best topo map program out there? I'm looking for stuff in the red, of course.

National Geographic TOPO! (that's the name of it). Spraggy and the RRGCC gave me a copy and I really dig it. I bought a GPS device this week and am now able to go get points and import them straight into TOPO. It's really cool.

I've compiled a topo of The Red for uploading to a Garmin GPS.
Pretty much the same area and details as the large Forest Service map..but on your GPS.
