this is the most detailed forecast i've ever seen. i think there may be a chance of rain saturday morning.

from weather.gov for Slade/Jackson, KY:

Veterans Day: Showers likely and possibly a thunderstorm before 10am, then a chance of showers and thunderstorms between 10am and 11am, then showers likely and possibly a thunderstorm between 11am and noon, then a chance of showers and thunderstorms between noon and 1pm, then a slight chance of showers after 1pm. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 54. Southwest wind 5 to 10 mph becoming north northwest. Chance of precipitation is 60%.

Saturday's forecast for Looking Glass NC is 76 and mostly sunny.

We've never been to Looking Glass so we're both super excited! The last time we climbed multi pitch was Whitehorse Ledge up in NH more than a year ago... the leaves are supposed to still be at their peak..... I can barely sit still here at work!!!!!

It is so beautiful there. The trees may be a bit past their peak this weekend but the climbing will be TOTALLY PRIME!!!!!!!!
