I was out at a club a few weeks back and noticed they were playing some good hard jams that would make great work-out music. Unfortunately I was a little too inebriated to remember any of them. Can anyone help me out with a list of alternative rock/heavy metal/techno songs to put in the mp3 player?

Can't go wrong with tool, some rage against the machine, helmet, Avail, incubus, and don't forget yanni, or the vienna boys choir to REALLY get you pumped.

and back to the music, I'm a big fan of climbing to a little wu-tang clan with some jedi mind trick. Makes me feel all badass inside too.
