RRO, after huffing, puffing and grunting his way up an evil crack (which, to protect the innocent, shall remain un-named) which was too wide for decent foot/hand jams and too small to get your knee or any other decent body part into, and had no facial features to work with:

He gets up the thing, is in a good rest position about 6 feet and an easy ledge from the top. Being the supportive partner that I am, I yell up:

"Nice lead, Matt!"

From above, I hear:

" (pant, pant, huff....) It ain't over yet, (huff, pant, groan..... ) I've still got to get to the belay ledge without puking down on you."

Choosing discretion over valor, I moved my belay stance off to one side about 15 feet......

Classic from Dr Bob a while back.......

"If I had known I was going to live this long I wouldn't have done a lot of the things I did when I was younger."
