Snapping Scapula

Post by rjackson »

Yes, it is an actual condition/syndrome. Go ahead and google it.

After finally realizing that my shoulder wasn't going to heal itself, I went to my friendly (trusted friend of the family) Orthopaedic and was diagnosed with this ailment. About to undergo some physical therapy for it and my Ortho believes that after a month I should be able to get back on the rock.

Has anybody else dealt with this issue as a climbing injury? If so, how'd it play out?

Thanks.

go watch the old "the south's steepest" video where Doug Reed opines on this subject (after 12 pitches of 5.12 and up to boot he muses.)
Positive vibes brah...positive vibes.
