Just more research on how disordered eating harms females. Since I know several female climbers who seriously limit their calorie intake, I wanted to post this article.

They can just take hormone replacement to offset the depletion of estrogen that leads to bone loss.

But then chocolate cake comes along and blows my whole pipe dream.

You could eat the cake in a disorderly conduct and call it an eating disorder. Try using no hands next time.

Do some research on the "Female athlete syndrome" and if your a female get advice from a qualified sports nutritionist, NOT from the climbers on this board.
I haven't read the article yet but if it's credible Spragwa is doing you all a huge favor.
Obcessed is what lazy people call those of us who are dedicated!
