Good possibility since a lot of the old backwoods stuff isn't in the online guide but it is in the hardcopy. I'm not sure though.

i like the fact that the sport route total is getting ever closer to the trad total. that's an impressive amount of drilling and hardware out there.

738 x 6 (?average number of bolts?) = ~4,428 bolts and hangers! Then add the number of anchors and random bolts on trad/mixed routes and there are likely more than 5,000 bolts and hangers in the gorge.

even if the bolt/hanger combo cost as little as $6, that's $30,000 worth of hardware.

trad and sport are almost even. 6 years ago there was about twice as many trad as sport. wonder how long until it reverses?
