Bolt Choppin' Fool

Maybe two years ago, I was down at Miguel's and there was a sort of announcement that some idiot was chopping bolts and managed to fall far enough to break a leg or ankle. One of the guys I was down there asked "Should I break the other one?" (given that he's a Brazillian Ju Jitsu instructor, that was no idle talk) Does anyone know who that was and what became of the situation?
