Any suggestions on excellent websites for climbing tips, training, strength, etc?
There used to be one by neil grisham from the UK that I loved, but I can't seem to remember where it was.

This is Eric Horst's, which I believe Hugh posted some time ago.

I agree with Meadows that Eric Horst is one of the best regarding training...

Take a look at the "Training Center Articles" for some good tips. I've been trying the Hypergravity training. I've only done it a few times but if climbing to muscle failure is part of your training regimen then Hypergravity is one way to get it done. Hopefully I'll start to see some results when it gets colder.
Also, if you can stomach the Nicros ads and bad jokes some of the podclimber stuff is OK.
