Katie! How's it goin'? How's school? Are you out? (onto a Ph.D. now?)

Wish I could rent it out, but we have to move on and get a house up here. If there were one person I'd rent it out to, it'd be you, though. If we don't sell it, I'll take you up on it.

Yes, Josh is FINALLY coming up for good (been 11 mo. to the day)! We both hate to leave KY and the Red River Gorge area. . . and our friends, but I sure won't miss the humidity and I'm lovin' the snow (the XC skiing is great!). Believe it or not, there's actually some climbing up here at Devil's Lake and a few other places in WI, and I've heard also at the UP in Michigan ('bout 4 hours from me).

Hope everythings going well there. Come on up and ski, canoe, etc. some time!
