Oil Crag, Arena Areas

What is the current situation of these crags? I have heard that people have been climbing over there and was curious to whether or not they got permission or are just trespassing. I know it has been closed for awhile and I just want to emphasize this to those that are violating this rule if indeed it still is closed to climbing.

I completely understand the want to go back to these areas. There are a ton of those routes I would like to do, but I know most of us respect the rest of the climbers in the Red, and wouldn't jeopardize future access to that area by climbing there illegally.
Right?

I always imagine people on the BOD of the RRGCC wince everytime these threads pop up. I am sorry you guys(rrgcc bod) have to keep addressing this.

People answering with "no feet on the ground" definitely helps clear up people's minds.
