New server is online

Post by ray »

I moved the site to a new server running Fedora Core 5 along with the latest version of PHP, Apache, and other libraries. I think I resolved all the issues but if anyone sees anything not working just let me know.

Thanks.

Cool. It's a much faster machine, has more memory, plus the SQL portion is now on another server so Apache and MySQL won't be fighting for memory.

I got no clue what that all means, but thanks for upgrading the hardware Ray!
I see they are still lopping off mountains in Eastern Kentucky. Electricity isn't cheap.

Singe page guide still cuts off at Window Wall for me. Is there an IE (6.0) setting which is cutting off the page? What is odd is that I didn't have this problem on my really really old machine which ran Windows 98.

Everything else is a lot faster. Thanks for the continued improvement.

All I heard there was "wah wah wah wah, wah wah" in a Charlie Brown adult voice. I guess I'm not as much of a geek as I thought.
