Banner Ad Technical Support Needed

The website http://www.drtopo.com/ has offered a free banner ad to advertise the upcoming RRGCC 2006 Red River Rendezvous event at Miguel's on Memorial Day Weekend. However, to make this happen we are in need of persons who have the technical expertise to volunteer their time to produce said banner ad.
