It takes more calories to digest an orange, than the actual calories contained in the orange. Does this mean the more oranges you eat the more calories you burn?

Here's another one that claims that for every 50 calorie orange consumed, it takes 75 calories to burn it off = -25calories

Well, dammit this is good news. I don't care for most of the foods on the list, but I like oranges and strawberries.

quite honestly, i don't buy it at all. not a single source is cited. and, while this isn't the main reason for my disbelieve, it doesn't make sense, it doesn't sound right.
show me some data and your methodology, then we'll talk.

Not sure I buy it either. Friend of mine tried the cabbage soup diet and passed out at work.
