Al doesn't look anything like Manson. He was a bit rough looking after 3 days of trad and 3 Seneca approaches but Manson? nah. There's two more things wrong.

its a fake, the background was photoshopped in, the rock is actually an expanding foam shaped to look like real rocks.

Using cam slings as runners. Done it before in a pinch. It happens. Also, you're pigeon-toed.
