i ordered the New Red River Gorge Guidebook from this website 5 days ago, and i paid for 2 day shipping and it has still NOT arrived.
i couldn't find any other email address or anything to ask about this, so that's why im posting it here.

is there anyway to contact someone about this. it was $40 and i am hitting the road in a shortly so i need that book.
please get back to me.

My name is Michelle and I handle guidebook orders via this website.

If the email you submitted to PayPal when you made the order is the same one you used to register with this site, I haven't received your order. All orders are shipped out within 24 hours of receipt and I looked through all my records and have no record of your email address. However, I did ship one book out to Boston on the 4rd and my records indicate it was received on the 6th. Another book was ordered on the 6th and shipped out on the 7th (to Sunderland) and has not been delivered yet. I'm assuming it should arrive tomorrow.

I'm sorry if this has caused you any problem. I'm very aware of getting orders out quickly, especially Priority Mail orders. However, sometimes problems happen with the mail that are out of my control.

Please let me know if either of the above orders were yours. If not, I want to make sure you weren't charged incorrectly somehow.

Again, I'm sorry if this screws up your plans somehow. Let me know if there's anything I can do. We live in Lexington and will gladly loan you a guidebook for the weekend.
