Fax used to be the way to go, and is still reliable. I still need to tweak a few entries for the Louisville TV folks. I got the most up to date info I could through the KY Press Association, the different media outlets websites, or from the outlet themselves. Personally I think we flood all these places with press releases when applicable. Not just for the overall PMRP purchase but slide show events etc that happen in other cities. Let me know if you need any other info or input on crafting releases to 'sell' the event to the media.
