You forgot to mention several of the benefits of living with you guys:
1. you are never home in the late evenings
2. you never cook and thus the kitchen will never be dirty
3. you have the most awesome dog ever
But really, DKing would be a great guy to have as a landlord.

God I wish I wasn't locked into a lease. I'm fairly sure I'm going to murder both my current roomates. If you two want to help me hide the bodies in the Southern Region I can move in next week.
