Has anyone used this and have a review of it? I'm thinking about running over to REI to pick one up.

I actually tried one out at REI. Check it out for yourself, but it seemed to not serve the intended purpose. I think it actually sprained my left ring finger. Just my take on it........

Stick your fingers inside a rubber band and spread them to work your extensors. Use multiple rubber bands if you need to.

I like Power Putty and have been using it for years. It's great for healing injuries too and comes in several consistencies (soft, medium, hard). Personally, I like the medium (green) the best.

I want to get that too, but the rubber band idea is good for the extensors. Maybe I could rap a band around the putty and have a grip saver.

You could rig something up with rubber bands and a few other household items for a heck of a lot less than $18.

I have some older putty I can give you meadows...it might be a bit hard now, but squeezing bricks is a good workout.
