Sorry everyone for the few hours of site downtime today.
I bought a nice new desk for all my geek stuff and had to take my server down to rewire, etc. I got the whole damn desk together (3 hours later) then realized it was the wrong one. Never trust a sixteen year old Office Max worker to bring you what you ask for. Damn kids.

Those kind of mix ups happen to me all the time. I call them "character building experiences." You've successfully built some character today if you didn't chew his ass out.
Nothing compares to the stupidity of a minimum waged 16yr old at office max. Except perhaps a team of minimum waged 16yr olds at your house tearing apart your furniture. Make sure you point them to the right desk.
Hell I thought the downtime was just the server choking after millions of fans downloaded the latest from DJ OW.
Putting together a computer desk sucks. When I put mine together, sitting on the hardwood floor while doing it, it took 3 or 4 hours and my back hurt for a day or two after. Then theresa says "Sue and Jarold just got a desk like ours and she wants to know if you could put it together for them."
