Hey there climbers!

I just recently moved to the area from Oklahoma and would like to get involved in this region (i.e. I don't know anyone yet). Anyone interested in helping a newly relocated climber out? :-)

What type of climbing are you interested in? Sport, trad, slab, overhung? Do you get out during the week any? I went through this 4 years ago, and it took me over a month to find a local.

Move someplace else or stay off this website. there is just too much sarcasm,
Everyone knows climbing and sarcasm go together like:
Palestinians and Israelis
Sunnis and Shiites
trad climbers and sport climbers
dogs and cats
StephyG and Wild Turkey
gasoline and climbing ropes
Northern Sudanese and Southern Sudanese
Republicans and Democrats
...nevermind
You love it .

What kind of involvement?

The kind where you go around and offer to "taste test" all of the alcohol to make sure no one has poisoned it. It's a noble service to be sure. One beer per six pack and one shot per fifth usually is a good representative sample.
