Back in the game after injury??

I fucked up on my summer road trip and hurt my skin ( bad flapper) and roled an ankle in a fall. Can I get some advice on how to get back in the game? I took a month off and now regret it. Did my decison to sit and eat my pain away hurt. And yes im 20lbs fatter, and it sux. It seems less fun than it used to and this scares me. I love climbing and it just seems weird that Im starting to wain. Going to the gym seems well, like torture, and this is the first time that has happend. help! Any advice for getting strong quick? I dont have lots of time before winter season. Any advice would help. Thanyou.

I've fuxxored both shoulders on and off. Mostly on I'm afraid. My only advice is to do some kind of aerobic exercise to burn off the flubber and get on a bunch of fun easy climbs. It's all about fun, right?

Better yet, I'll slaughter Ho and feed him to you. You're only allowed to eat him for a week. That'll take the weight off for sure.

Ho couldn't fee a small colony of ants one decent meal. You'd starve in a week.
